It’s not every day that HP shows up at the office to present you an award, but last week, they did! We’re proud to announce that we have been the recipients of the 2nd place award in this year’s HP Digital Labels & Packaging Award Contest for the category of Alcoholic Beverages.
For this year’s digital label competition, we submitted a label we printed for Bohemian Spiced Whisky bottles. The label had an intricately detailed multicolor bird with foil highlights on a matte textured background. In order to print this label, we ordered some new materials and made a custom die so the label would look even better on the whiskey bottle. The label was then printed on our digital press before being sent through our hot stamp press for copper foil highlights.
