If your art will not upload, there are a couple of things to check:
 
1. Our design tool can upload art in the following formats: PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, & JPG. If you are trying to upload a file in any other format, you must resave the file in one of the formats that we can use. The file size must not be larger than 500KB.

2. If you are trying to upload artwork that has been saved with a hyphen, underline, dash, back slash or forward slash in the file’s name, it will not upload properly for our Design Tool. Please re-save the artwork for uploading and eliminate the dashes, slashes, underlines and extensions in the file name.

If  all these conditions are satisfied and you still are not able to upload your art file, please call us
at 888-281-0042 and we will upload the file for you. This artwork will stay on your account to use again and again.
